All started at the foot of Taygetos mountain in Sparta Greece when our grandfather planted the first olive oil trees in an small agricultural area. The folowing years the trees grew up with love until 1975 where the first harvesting season started. With passion about olive oil our family created a 20 acre land consisting of excellent spartan quality olive oil trees. Every olive in our ultra-premium organic extra virgin olive oil is caressed, selected, and pressed using only old-world methods and modest hand equipment.
